Central Stay that DELIVERED

central location friendly staff fresh breakfast
I found the hotel's location convenient as it was very central. I could easily walk to various attractions and the bus from the airport stopped just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly. The breakfast offered healthy, fresh options.
The room was a bit far to get to, a little inconvenient with luggage.
Service
9/10
The staff was so friendly. They welcomed me warmly and were helpful with directions. I was charmed to see how quickly they addressed requests and maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit. This.
Rooms
8/10
My room included bright directional reading lights on each side of the bed. This allowed me to read without disturbing anyone. There was also a large magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which i found quite handy. The room provided ample hanging space and shelves.
Facilities
9/10
The bar and lounge area offered a superb view. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient with everything I needed. The hotel also has a convenient luggage storage room.

Central Location Perks

central location friendly staff bag storage
The hotel's location is central and close to the train station. Walking distance to many tourist places is a major plus. I found the staff really friendly and helpful, GREAT. Leaving bags after checkout was allowed, with no time limit for collection, I considered it convenient.
The room was not as clean as i hoped, with some noticeable hair in the shower drain. I was disappointed with this particular aspect of my room. MORE ATTENTION to detail in cleaning would improve the overall experience.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a comfortable king size bed with high quality linens. I also noted there was a safe in the room. This was a great perk for storing valuables. The shower was excellent and provided good water pressure.
Dining
8/10
I visited the reception and bar area. It was nice. Breakfast was decent, with a selection of standard breakfast items AVAILABLE. I appreciateD THE option of a quick meal.
Service
9/10
Staff were helpful and allowed for a slightly early check in, helpful. I noticed that the team provided clear instructions for locating the room. Luggage storage was available after checkout, at no extra charge.

a decent stay overall

advantageous location warm temperature convenient lounge missing mugs flimsy cups tv remote
the location proved advantageous for reaching many sites. the room had a nice, warm temperature. hot drinks were available late in the lounge area (i found this very convenient).
Some little things were missing in the room. there were no actual mugs, only flimsy paper cups. I burnt my hand. there was also no bin in the room and the tv remote did not work properly. (it did make things a bit inconvenient)
